SMACNA Contractor of the Year
Year Received: 1992

The Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning Contractors National Associaton(SMACNA) annually selects one contractor as it's Contractor of the Year. SMACNA represents the top 5000 contractors in the country so being selected as the Contractor of the Year is truly a Best of the Best award.

Residential Contractor of the Year
Year Received: 1992

This Annual Award presented by Contracting Business Magazine selects the Top Residential Contractor in the Country. There are approx. 50,000 contractors nationwide so this is a very prestigious honor.

Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis Excellence in Achievement Award
Year Received: 1994

This "Hall of Fame" of the St. Louis Home Building Industry was started in 1994. We were the first company selected as the Associate Achievement Award winner and the only Associate in the initial class of six award wunners.

Family Business of the Year
Year Received: 1995

Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville annually honors Family Businesses. We were selected to receive this award in 1995.

Better Business Bureau World Class Customer Satisfaction Award(Now known as the Torch Award)
Year Received: 1998

Every two years, the Better Business Bureau in the St. Louis area recognizes approximately 10 companies as providing outstanding customer service. We were one of the companies honored in 1998. This Award has now become known as the BBB Torch Award.

SMACNA Legislative Contractor of the Year
Year Received: 2006

The Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning Contractors National Association annually selects a contractor as it's Legislative advocate of the Year. We were proud to receive this award in 2006.

SMACNA St. Louis Safety Award
Year Received: 2006 and 2007

The Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association, St. Louis Chapter annually presents Safety Awards to the Contractors with the top Safety Record for the year. We were so honored in both 2006 and 2007.

Dave Lennox Award Winner
Year Received: Multiple Years

Lennox Industries annually recognizes their top 25 contractors in the United States and Canada out of their 5000 plus contractors. We have received the award the following years: 1995, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007.

Our President, George "Butch" Welsch writes a monthly article for our industries national weekly publication - Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration News(The News).
