Just wanted to say thank you for the good service earlier today. Phil came ot our house this morning and got our A/C unit back up and running and the house is quite cool now. Be sure to thank him for me - it's nice to actually have to turn up the thermostat.

Yesterday(Thursday) I called with an airco problem. After my call a servicman contacted me (he was working in North County) letting me know that he wil call again. He did and 15 min later he arrived, doagnosed problem, fixed it. The heat was suffocating, I watched him work. I would like to commend him.

We built our home 12 years ago so we have had a lot of experience with Welsch. That experience has been especially good...but it became especially so yesterday. Our upstairs thermostat required new batteries so I put in three new batteries. I could not for the life of me program the thermostat...so the air conditioning would work. I called you and in spite of a work overload, the Welsch man showed up in a short time and in 5 minutes had it going. I asked him, "Can I pay you or will Welsch send me a bill?" He said, "They told me if it was quick and simple don't charge anything." I want you to know that we appreciate that kind of consideration. Not too common in today's world. You can be sure I will tell many people.

Our very noisy, oversized furnace, that was located in a closet outside of our bedroom door is history. On Sunday evening during the high heat, I called as the a/c was providing warm air. I received a call that Service was alerted. Without any intervention on my part, the problem was determined and a new a/c was in operation by 2:00 PM.
