Their job is to do the job that is right for you; to think of your heating and air conditioning unit as if it were their own.
With over 20 radio-dispatched service vehicles we have a Service Technician near everyone in the St. Louis area. Our Service Technicians are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year. Your furnace or air conditioner doesn't know it should fail during "normal working hours". That's why, for us, every hour is a "normal working hour." All of our technicians have completed a rigorous training program, have received factory instruction, and participate in our company-wide drug-testing program. We believe very strongly in NATE - North American Technician Excellence and have NATE Certified Technicians.
