I have always received good service from Welsch. Today Brian C. came for my annual furnace service. He was very professional, yet friendly. He happened to arrive at a moment of crisis, as the float broke off of my sump pump just a few minutes before. He was extra patient, and even looked at it to give me his opinion whether it could be repaired, or if he agreed with me that I needed a new pump. It only took a few minutes, but it I was thankful, as I know he has a busy schedule. His customer service was exemplary.

Steve W. arrived on time. He cleaned out the air filters and showed me how dirty they were. He checked the outdoor AC units and cleaned them out. Said there was a lot of pine needles in them. One of the AC units was slightly low on freon and he suggested we keep an eye on that in the future. Steve was very engaging and pleasant and explained everything he did. I have used Welsh Heating & Cooling for many years and would highly recommend them.

We called Welsch to provide a second opinion after another service provider recommended a new furnace. The technician was not only professional, prompt and courteous, he was unbelievably thorough! He insisted on combing through every aspect of our furnace to diagnose a problem, and found one in the most unlikely of places. (It seems a June Bug had gotten trapped in part of the apparatus that controls the air flow, and as a result, it was causing the system to malfunction.) He removed the dead bug, and our furnace has been working ever since. This was well worth the price of the service call, and we will most certainly use this company for our future HVAC needs.

Our family tried 4 other company’s in St. Louis to replace old boiler and three AC units for a 4,500 sq. ft. , 100 year old home. It was a VERY complex project involving a lot of thought and creativity. The project was also completed a week before its expected length.
