We are always seeking to employ the best and highest quality people in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry. If you feel you have the skills and drive to work for a high quality, customer-oriented company, then we would be interested in seeing your resume. You may e-mail it directly to our owner at bwelsch@welsch-heatcool.com. We cannot guarantee that there will be a position open at the time when you send in your resume, however we will maintain all resumes for contact at the time a need arises.

While we realize that colleges and universities provide excellent educations for many people desiring to enter the job market, we want to address those who do not feel that a college or university is right for them. A few things to consider about the Apprentice Program under which we participate with Local # 36 SMART Sheet Metal Workers. This is a five-year program with HANDS ON learning for those that wish to work with their hands in either the metal installation industry or the technical service industry. Some advantages are: all schooling is paid for by a Joint Apprenticeship Trust – there are no scholarship loans to be re-paid; all schooling is paid for. An Apprentice is paid his normal working wage while he attends school. After five years, an apprentice who completes the program will obtain the full Journeyman status with respect to wages and fringe benefits. Ours is an industry that will be here as long as people need heating and air conditioning.

I just wanted to drop a note of sincere “thanks” for the wonderful service we received today. When my kids called me this afternoon to tell me that the A/C was blowing warm air and that it was 84 degrees in the house, I immediately called Welsch’s emergency service line...

Purchased a new air conditioner and furnace and was impressed from the initial sales contact, to verifying what we needed, installation and clean up. Everyone we dealt with did a great job and we love our new system.
