Employee of the Month – October 2015

Our Employee of the Month for October is Barb Hoelting. Barb has always been very valuable to the company however, she really stepped up during the month of October.

Denise, was out of the office quite often in October. She attended two National Industry Conferences out of state and also had numerous local industry meetings for several weeks in a row. During this time Barb really stepped up and handled many of Denise’s duties for her. She always takes it upon herself to help out when Denise’s schedule is quite busy. Just as important, Barb will rework the repair schedule both quickly and constantly to accommodate our customer’s needs. She has the ability, even when she is swamped with calls, scheduling etc., that if someone within our company comes to her in need of service for one of our customers, she will stop what she is doing to chat for a moment, probably joke around with them, yet she is always sure that our customer is taken care of.
