Employee of the Month – Jan. 2016

Employee of the month for January 2016 is Steve Bezayiff. Steve delivers parts for our Service Department as well as keeping the parts room well stocked and organized. He makes sure he has the proper supply of parts and supplies to insure that the Service Technicians he visits have the items they need to serve our customers. Those performances alone would make Steve a good candidate for this award, however something he did over and above makes him our choice for this month. While driving on a rainy day he noticed a young lady alongside the road with a flat tire. He stopped to offer assistance at the same time she was googling “How to change a tire”. He changed the tire for her and she couldn’t have been more appreciative. She not only called the office to thank him, but a few days later even dropped off a gift certificate for Steve. Going above and beyond is what our company is all about and for doing just that, Steve Bezayiff is our Employee of the Month.

Just wanted to say thank you for the good service earlier today.  Phil came to our house this morning and got our A/C unit back up and running and the house is quite cool now.  Be sure to thank him for me – it’s nice to actually have to turn...

Welsch Heating and Cooling came out fast (our old unit stopped on a Friday – our new one was in by Monday.) They were very responsive to our needs and very helpful during the installation and followed up to ensure we were happy with our service!

They were very professional. Left the jobsite very clean. Explained the equipment quite well. Walked me through the several rebates. Overall, I cannot think of one bad thing about my experience. AG

My wife and I got home last night at 10:00 to find that our main floor furnace was not working.  We have an upstairs furnace as well but no one lives there right now.  I immediately called the people who put the HVAC in our house originally and who I...
